These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BoozeButler service ("the Service"), operated by Halytic LLC ("we," "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You may use BoozeButler only if you:
- Are 21 years of age or older
- Are legally permitted to purchase and consume alcohol and/or cannabis (if optional features enabled) in your jurisdiction
- Agree to use the Service responsibly
2. Nature of the Service
BoozeButler is an AI-assisted cocktail and mocktail planning platform.
The Service provides informational recommendations only, including:
- Drink ideas
- Inventory-based suggestions
- Pairings with non-alcoholic beverages
- Optional THC edible flavor pairings (if explicitly enabled by the user)
We do not provide:
- Dosage advice
- Medical advice
- Legal advice
- Safety instructions related to alcohol or cannabis consumption
You are solely responsible for verifying recipe accuracy and ensuring safe, lawful use.
3. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
- Consume alcohol and/or cannabis responsibly
- Not rely on BoozeButler for intoxication guidance
- Ensure no underage individuals access your account
- Verify the correctness of AI-generated content
- Not misuse, reverse engineer, distribute, or resell the Service
4. THC Feature Disclaimer (If Enabled)
If you enable optional THC pairing features:
- THC suggestions relate only to flavor pairing, not potency or dosage
- We never combine THC and alcohol into the same recipe
- You must confirm your age and jurisdiction legality
- You acknowledge that cannabis laws vary and you are solely responsible for compliance
- All THC features are for informational and recreational purposes only
We disclaim liability for inaccurate THC product data, intoxication effects, or misuse.
5. Beta Disclaimer
During private beta:
- The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty
- Data may be lost or reset
- Features may change without notice
- Access may be limited or revoked at any time
6. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all actions under your account.
7. User Content Ownership and License
You retain ownership of the content you input (inventory, guests, preferences).
You grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, and use this data solely to operate and improve the Service.
8. Intellectual Property
All BoozeButler and Halytic content, branding, AI models, and features are owned by Halytic LLC.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
9. AI-Generated Content
- AI content may contain inaccuracies or inconsistencies.
- You assume full responsibility for verifying recipes before serving.
- We make no guarantees regarding precision, safety, or suitability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halytic LLC is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Damages arising from alcohol consumption, cannabis consumption, intoxication, or user decision-making
- Errors or omissions in AI-generated content
- Loss of data, profits, or business
Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Halytic LLC from claims, damages, or losses resulting from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your illegal, unsafe, or irresponsible serving practices
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for any violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Tennessee, unless otherwise required by your jurisdiction.
